Psychey grew out of Michelle’s search for a kind of therapy she couldn’t find when she needed it most, a space that valued the unconscious as much as the conscious, the body as much as the mind, and intuition alongside science.

Meet Michelle

For Michelle Hudasko, therapy has always been about meeting people at the intersection of science and soul. Her path began with nearly two decades of supporting families through the raw, transformative seasons of birth, feeding, and early parenthood. Along the way, she saw how often people felt unseen — their emotional lives overlooked in favor of symptoms, their stories flattened into labels.

That search for something deeper led her to clinical training in modern psychoanalysis, Jungian dreamwork, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Today, Michelle integrates those traditions with her lived experience as a lactation consultant and postpartum doula, creating a practice that honors both the psyche and the body, both evidence and intuition.

Clients describe her as grounded, warm, and attuned — someone who brings as much respect for research and training as she does for the mystery of human growth and transformation.
